Sculpture by the Sea 2016 – Echo of the landscape

The image above shows the work in situ at the farm where it was created. It consisted of seven hollow wire forms evoking natural rock formations which allowed for many variations of display. Whilst in location at Sculpture by the Sea in Cottesloe they alluded to a playful quality in the ability to see through the forms, they also allow for a more serious contemplation of the permanence of the natural world.
