This is a knitted copper wire artwork, exhibited at Gallery Central in the 2013 WAFTA exhibition titled ‘Mysterium’.

I created the dress using an old knitting machine threaded with fine copper wire, knitting a number of lengths of “fabric”. The fabric was then molded over a dressmakers dummy to form the essence of the dress.
