The Fireball was formed with recycled burnt fencing wire from my property in Greenbushes W.A. In Febuary last year we experienced a devastating fire on the property and surrounding area. The ball evokes the granite boulders that scatter the landscape. The image shows the sculpture in situ on exhibition at Greenbushes inaugural art walk exhibition in July 2013 – which aptly had a theme of Fire.
